MG Windsor EV Price in Bengaluru

The Windsor EV is MG’s India-adapted electric crossover, based on the Wuling Cloud EV. It uses MG’s AeroGlide design language and a dedicated EV platform with short overhangs and a 2,700 mm wheelbase.

All variants use a single front-mounted electric motor that produces 136 PS and 200 Nm, with buyers able to choose between 38 kWh and 52.9 kWh battery options. Both use the CCS2 charging standard, with DC fast-charging support of up to 45 kW and 60 kW, depending on the battery pack.

Visually, the exterior gets full LED lighting, flush door handles and wheel options measuring 17 or 18 inches, while the cabin gets a dual-tone layout, multi-colour ambient lighting, and reclining rear seats.

Connectivity is handled by a large touchscreen supporting wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, while MG’s i-SMART suite adds remote vehicle controls, scheduled charging and multi-language voice commands.

For safety, equipment includes six airbags and electronic stability control across the range, although the Level 2 ADAS suite is reserved for the top variant.

MG Windsor EV FAQs

The Windsor EV offers up to 332 km (38 kWh battery) or 449 km (52.9 kWh battery) on a single charge, as per the standard MIDC test cycle.
MG claims that, on a 7.4 kW AC fast charger, the 38 kWh variant charges from 10-100% in roughly 7 hours. The 52.9 kWh variant takes about 9.5 hours on the same charger. DC fast charging (20-80%) takes approximately 45-50 minutes depending on the variant.
It uses a CCS2 connector, which is the standard fast-charging port widely supported across public charging networks in India.
Yes, V2L (up to 3 kVA) and V2V (Vehicle-to-Vehicle charging) are available, but only on the top variant.
Yes, but Level 2 ADAS is exclusive to the top variant only.
Boot space is 604 litres on some variants and 579 litres on others, depending on the trim.
Yes, it features MG's i-SMART connected car suite with OTA updates, remote AC and lock/unlock control, live location tracking, geo-fence, scheduled charging, and JioSaavn music integration, among others. Note that the base variant only includes a few of these features from the suite.
