Tata has already amassed more than 100,000 bookings and 20k Sierra has already been delivered.
Curiously, if you were to order a Tata Sierra for yourself, there is no black color option, prompting us to a conclusion that a Sierra Dark Edition might be in the works.
Dark Edition would further strengthen its road presence and appeal among younger buyers looking for something more aggressive and premium.
Usually, the dark edition Tata cars like Curvv, Nexon, Safari etc are launched anywhere between 6 months to 10 months after the initial car, so expect some kind of announcement by October this year.
What could Tata Sierra Dark Edition have ?
Aside from regular Sierra's usual engine gearbox options, expect an extensive list of blacked out bits like bumper, mirrors, grille, badge and lettering. Interior will also carry the same blacked out theme.

Pricing wise expect these blacked out Tata Sierra to be in 22-25 lakhs range right alongside regular top of the line Tata Sierra variants. Limited availability and long wait times are also to be expected to maintain exclusivity
