Compared to its rather cramped cousin, Exter, the Syros is about 2.8 lakhs more expensive, but you do get a lot more space for occupants, premium materials, and more powerful engine options.
Like a 1.0L turbocharged petrol engine producing 118 bhp and 172 Nm of torque, mated to a 6-speed manual or 7-speed DCT and a 1.5L turbocharged diesel engine producing 116 bhp and 250 Nm, available with either a 6-speed manual or 6-speed torque converter automatic

HTK (Base Variant)-Rs. 8,99,900
As usual, the base model has all the bells and whistles a buyer like me and perhaps you would ever need. Most notably reverse camera and Type C port, Wireless Android Auto/Carplay along with an adequate 4 speaker setup. One big caveat to keep in mind here is that there is no automatic option here
- Dual-tone Grey and Black with semi-leatherette seats.
- 12.3-inch touchscreen with wireless phone connectivity.
- Reverse camera with dynamic guidelines, power-adjustable mirrors/windows, rear AC vents, door curtains, and 4 Type-C USB charging ports.
- 15-inch steel rims with black wheel covers.
- Halogen headlamps.
- Only the petrol-manual engine option is available.
HTK (O)-Rs. 9,99,900
Here you can get the Diesel engine(+1 lakhs) provided you are happy with its mandated 10-year shelf life.
- Offers both petrol and diesel engines, but only manual transmission.
- Single-pane sunroof, rear window shades, height-adjustable driver-side seat, auto-folding power-adjustable mirrors, passenger-side seat back pocket.
- 16-inch diamond-cut alloy wheels.
HTK Plus-Rs. 11,49,900

Now you have stepped into the DCT territory, albeit you need to shell out at least 2.8 lakhs more! @Rs 12,79,900.
- Panoramic sunroof, blue and grey dual-tone upholstery, split folding rear seats with recline function.
- Petrol and diesel engines are available, with petrol getting an automatic transmission (DCT).
- Push start/stop button, drive modes, electric parking brake.
HTX-Rs. 13,29,900
It has everything above and a few extra aesthetic features like-
- Full LED lighting, leather-wrapped steering wheel, and gear shifter ventilated front seats, one-touch windows, rear wiper, paddle shifters on automatic variants.
HTX Plus-Rs. 15,99,900

I hate drum brakes they get squeaky after just a splash of water and are pretty much useless after a couple of spirited tops, the HTX plus variants solve this by giving discs all around. From here onwards the diesel and petrol automatics come into play as well, the manual is not available.
- 17-inch alloy wheels, puddle lamps, aluminum pedals, 64-shade ambient lighting, Harman Kardon sound system, air purifier, dashcam, and ventilated rear seats.
- Automatic only; petrol uses a 7-speed DCT, and diesel uses a 6-speed torque converter automatic.
- First to get rear-wheel disc brakes.
HTX Plus (O)-Rs. 16,79,900
This is everything Kia has to offer for the buyer with money no bar, also this one is expected to have the shortest delivery period.
- Loaded with features like Level 2 ADAS, and
- 360-degree surround view camera.
