Tata Sierra EV Spied in Maharashtra With Large Infotainment Screen and Digital MID

Tata Motors seems to be nearly ready with a production version of the Sierra EV.
The carmaker recently made changes to the Curvv EV's variant lineup. This is something Tata does when a new model is on its way, meaning that the electric SUV could debut within a month.
Fresh spy photos of two camouflaged test mules have surfaced, offering a clearer look at the Sierra EV's exterior design and some hints about its cabin layout.

The front, in typical EV fashion, features a closed grille, along with a connecting LED light bar, sleek headlamps, and vertically stacked fog lamps, that may also serve as cornering lights.
The side profile remains identical, complete with flush door handles and camouflaged alloy wheels. Interestingly, the other test mule was sporting the ICE Sierra's alloys.

At the back, the similarities continue, with a sleek LED connecting bar, a roof-mounted spoiler, and a silver bumper element add to its modern appeal.
Inside the cabin, a large central infotainment system can be seen, though it was a single screen setup with a separate digital MID for the driver. This likely indicates a lower or mid variant, as top-end variants are expected to get a triple-screen setup.

The infotainment system showed the 360-degree camera in work, with seemingly high resolution. The test vehicles were seen charging with a figure of about 258 visible on the MID, likely hinting at the available range at that time.
On the mechanical side, we expect the Sierra EV to offer the 55 kWh battery pack from the flagship Curvv EV variants, and the 65 kWh unit from the standard Harrier EV. This should give it an estimated range of 500-600 km.

It is likely to come with AWD (or QWD as Tata likes to call it) on the larger battery pack. This would make it the only EV in this segment to offer AWD, among RWD and FWD equipped rivals.

Safety should be strong, multiple airbags, ESP, terrain modes, and Level 2 ADAS expected to be part of the package.
The Tata Sierra EV is anticipated to launch in the coming months. It will sit between the Curvv EV and Harrier EV in the lineup, with an estimated price range of Rs 20 to 25 lakh.
