The Renault Kwid is all set to receive a refresh on July 3. Besides the anticipated Dacia Spring like exterior design and a revamped cabin, Renault remains tightlipped about the other details of the Kwid facelift.
The 2026 Renault Kwid is anticipated to get a complete makeover, incorporating design elements taken from the Dacia Spring EV.

Previous spy shots revealed the hatchback will showcase fresh Y-shaped LED daytime running lights and corresponding Y-shaped tail lights. The headlights, nonetheless, are anticipated to retain the halogen type. The bumpers are expected to look more athletic and stylish, with a fresh set of alloy wheels.
These upgrades are expected to give the Kwid a more modern appearance while keeping the overall design intact.

The refreshed cabin is expected to be inspired from the Spring EV. An updated dashboard featuring an expanded infotainment touchscreen of approximately 10 inches. Other key features include a new steering wheel, and a revamped instrument cluster.

Renault might enhance the safety features by providing six airbags.
As far as the powertrain goes, the facelifted Renault Kwid is expected to receive the same 1.0 litre 3 cylinder naturally aspirated petrol engine, churning out 68 hp and 91 Nm of torque. Transmission options are expected to remain unchanged as well, with a 5-speed manual and a 5-speed AMT.
