Škoda Auto India has refreshed its flagship Kodiaq lineup for 2026, with the addition of ADAS features in the mid-spec Sportline and top-spec Selection L&K variants being the biggest highlight.
Regardless of which version buyers choose, all Kodiaq variants continue to get a 4x4 drivetrain and a 201 bhp turbo-petrol engine.
The 2026 Kodiaq lineup continues with three variants:

Kodiaq Lounge
The Kodiaq Lounge now becomes the most affordable variant in the range and focuses on practicality, comfort and value. Unlike the other trims, it is offered as a five-seater and comes with a large 786-litre boot, making it more suitable for buyers prioritising luggage space and rear-seat comfort.
Despite being the entry-level version, it still retains the same 2.0-litre turbo-petrol engine, seven-speed DSG gearbox and all-wheel-drive setup as the higher variants.

Kodiaq Sportline
The Kodiaq Sportline continues as the more enthusiast-focused version in the lineup with darker styling elements and a sportier cabin theme. For 2026, this variant receives the biggest upgrade with the addition of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) and several premium features that were previously limited to the top-spec Selection L&K.

The Selection L&K remains the flagship version of the Kodiaq and continues to focus heavily on luxury and comfort. For 2026, it also gets the full ADAS package and at 46 lakhs the top model 2026 Kodiaq is comparable to the base model Tiguan R Line.

2025 VS 2026 Skoda Kodiaq Changes
All three variants continue with the same 2.0-litre TSI turbo-petrol engine producing 201hp and 320Nm of torque, paired with a seven-speed DSG automatic gearbox and all-wheel-drive system.
The 2026 Skoda Kodiaq update hs a full Level 2 ADAS suite (including Adaptive Cruise Control and Lane Assist) and a more affordable Lounge entry-level variant starting at ₹36.99 lakh.
Tech features like the 360-degree camera and the illuminated front grille have trickled down from the L&K trim to the Sportline, while the color palette has been refreshed by swapping Steel Grey and Velvet Red for a wider availability of Race Blue.
The SUV is based on the MQB37 platform and continues to be assembled locally at the company’s Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar facility. You can expect deliveries of pre-booked units to begin soon. We will update the exact timeline once more information is available.
