Mahindra XUV7XO Engine Specs

Under the hood, the engine lineup remains familiar yet capable. The 2.0-litre turbo petrol churns out a lively 197 bhp and 380 Nm of torque, delivering strong on-road performance. Meanwhile, the 2.2-litre diesel impresses with 182 hp and 450 Nm, offering robust pulling power.
Both engines come with a choice of a 6-speed manual or 6-speed torque converter automatic transmission, and the diesel continues to provide all-wheel drive on select variants for enhanced traction and control.
Mahindra has unveiled its XUV 7XO lineup. The range starts with the AX, AX3, and AX5 variants, all seven-seaters with manual gearboxes, keeping entry-level pricing attractive. Petrol models begin at ₹13.66 lakh, while diesel variants start from ₹14.96 lakh.
Sitting at the heart of the lineup is the AX7, a feature-rich variant that balances luxury and performance. Priced at ₹18.48 lakh for petrol and ₹18.95 lakh for diesel, the AX7 also offers an automatic gearbox at an additional cost.
For those seeking advanced tech, the AX7 Tech brings both six- and seven-seat layouts, with diesel manuals ranging from ₹20.99 lakh to ₹21.39 lakh, while petrol automatics exceed ₹22 lakh. At the top, the AX7 L is the most premium, starting at ₹22.47 lakh for diesel manual and peaking at ₹24.11 lakh for the fully loaded automatic.
When Will Mahindra XUV7XO bookings and deliveries start

Test drives for the Mahindra XUV 7XO will kick off on January 8, allowing prospective buyers to get a firsthand experience of the SUV
. Bookings will open from January 14, with pre-booked deliveries also starting on the same day. Mahindra plans to prioritise the higher-end trims first, ensuring the AX7, AX7 Tech, and AX7 L variants reach customers before the others. Deliveries of the entry-level AX, AX3, and AX5 variants are set to begin later, with a wider rollout scheduled for April.
