Mahindra has refreshed both the Bolero and Bolero Neo for 2025, retaining their rugged ladder-frame, rear-wheel-drive architecture while adding minor cosmetic and feature upgrades. The Bolero Neo is positioned slightly more premium with a more powerful engine, updated cabin features, and better connectivity options.
Exterior
The 2025 Bolero receives subtle updates, including a revised 5-slat chrome grille, new fog lamps on higher trims, and new 16-inch alloy wheels on the B8 variant. Its boxy, practical silhouette emphasizes toughness, retaining the familiar tailgate-mounted spare wheel. Colour options now include Diamond White, DSAT Silver, Rocky Beige, and Stealth Black.
The Bolero Neo, on the other hand, gets more noticeable styling changes. The front fascia is restyled with a horizontal slat grille featuring silver accents, while new 16-inch alloy wheels and dual-tone body colour options enhance the visual appeal. The tailgate-mounted spare wheel and rugged sub-4-meter silhouette are retained. New exterior colours include Jeans Blue and Concrete Gray along with existing shades.

The Bolero Neo goes a step further, featuring a larger 9-inch touchscreen with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay support, a rearview camera, and a dual-tone black-and-beige interior for a more premium feel. The cabin also includes a USB-C charging port and modern amenities for improved convenience.
