Suzuki Motorcycle India has launched a new paint scheme for its popular Avenis Special Edition scooter, giving it a distinctive new style and expanding the color options across its three variants to a total of six, giving buyers ample customisation as per their desire.
This is a pure-visual addition, with no revisions to the mechanicals and features, positioning the Special Edition at a price of Rs 87,472 (ex-showroom), and placing it Rs 2,385 above the very next variant in the lineup.
Here's everything about the new color option:
Suzuki Avenis Special Edition New Colour Option
Suzuki gives the scooter a white and dark grey dual-tone shade with this paint scheme, officially naming it “Pearl Glacier White / Metallic Oort Gray”, which is fine as far as it goes. This combination is polar opposite in looks from the Special Edition's original "Metallic Mat Black No. 2 / Mat Titanium Silver” shade, that drenched the scooter in a darker silhouette.
The white is painted across most of the front and rear, while the center and lower parts of the body are finished in dark grey. This gives the scooter a more distinct road presence, that sole dark tones struggle to achieve, especially at night.
This should be decisive for those concerned about the safety of riding the scooter around massive cars on Indian roads and highways.
In addition, Suzuki has kept the seat's red colour (that gets some black at the sides and rear) unchanged, which still feels out of place with the existing and new mono dual-tone shades.

Suzuki Avenis Variants Colour Options
The Suzuki Avenis is offered in three variants - Standard, Ride Connect and Special editions.
The Standard, and Ride Connect edition get combinations that include Glossy Sparkle Black, Glossy Sparkle Black / Pearl Mira Red, Glossy Sparkle Black / Pearl Glacier White, and Champion Yellow No. 2 / Glossy Sparkle Black.
Meanwhile, the Special Edition had the existing Metallic Mat Black No. 2 / Mat Titanium Silver, and now gets the new Pearl Glacier White / Metallic Oort Gray paint scheme.
