Bajaj Pulsar N160 Gets New Variant With Gold USD Forks & Single Seat At ₹1.22 Lakh

Bajaj has introduced the Dual Channel Single Seat USD variant of the Pulsar N160, priced at ₹1.22 lakh, ex-showroom. This update brings gold-finished 37 mm USD front forks, clearly aimed at stiffening the front suspension, and responding directly to competing models like the Hero Xtreme 160R 4V.
It also bundles dual-channel ABS, an assist-and-slipper clutch, and three ABS ride modes: Road, Rain, and Off-road. The off-road ABS profile on a strictly street-focused 160cc commuter should provide a safety net on loose Indian gravel or broken tarmac.

Inside the cockpit, the negative LCD instrument console features Bluetooth connectivity alongside turn-by-turn navigation, addressing a long-standing tech deficit in the smaller capacity Pulsar range.
The package also adds a USB Type-C charging port positioned near the tank flap, an LED projector headlamp, and four distinct colour options: Brooklyn Black, Pearl Metallic White, Racing Red, and Polar Sky Blue.
However, the 164.82cc, single-cylinder, oil-cooled engine remains untouched, which delivers 16 hp and 14.65 Nm of torque via a 5-speed gearbox. Because it retains this existing two-valve architecture, the N160 still lacks the high-rpm top-end rush found in its four-valve rivals.
Also, the strong mid-range torque should ensure the bike remains highly effective for navigating dense city traffic.
