- Why is KTM Introducing a New Segment?
KTM is all set to bring its new 350cc motorcycle range to India later this month.
The upcoming lineup is expected to include the KTM 350 Duke and KTM 350 Adventure.
These models will sit below the existing 390 range, which KTM will continue offering for buyers who want higher performance.
KTM 350CC Motorcycles - What To Expect?
The new 350cc models will use a downsized 349cc liquid-cooled single-cylinder engine.
While exact power figures are not yet confirmed, the output is expected to be slightly lower than the 390cc versions while still delivering the sharp throttle response and fun riding experience that KTM is known for.
Most features, design elements, and underpinnings are likely to remain the same as the current 390 models, including modern electronics, good suspension, and a strong braking setup.

KTM 350CC Motorcycles - Expected Prices
Pricing will be a major highlight. The 350 range is expected to be around Rs 30,000 to Rs 50,000 more affordable than the 390 models.
With the current KTM 390 Duke priced at Rs 3.39 lakh (ex-showroom), the 350 Duke could come in under Rs 3 lakh, making KTM's performance bikes more accessible.
Why is KTM Introducing a New Segment?
This move by KTM, in partnership with Bajaj, comes after recent GST changes in 2025 that increased taxes on motorcycles above 350cc.
By offering the 350cc options, KTM aims to benefit from the lower 18 per cent GST slab for motorcycles under 350cc, to provide better value without compromising much on performance.
More details on exact specifications, variants, and official prices are expected to be revealed during the launch in the second half of April.
